- Efficiently check guests in/out using hotel management systems
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Manage multiple phone lines and digital communication channels
- Resolve guest concerns with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
- Assist with local tourism information and recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with hotel software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Basic math and cash handling skills
