As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and daily execution of our hotel, ensuring we maintain our reputation for luxury and service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Manage the budget, P&L, and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service are consistently delivered.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
- Handle escalated guest complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or full-service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
