Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, checking them in using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with grace and a problem-solving mindset.
- Process payments accurately and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standards.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Guestcentric) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
