- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial logs using our property management system.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests they may have.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and quality control.
- Handle front desk operations during peak hours, including managing wait times and crowd control.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
