Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card distribution.
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and accurately.
- Monitor building security systems, lobby areas, and fire exits to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests they may have.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (overnight hours).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
