Your Role
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the friendly face of our hotel. You are responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and pleasant stay from the moment they arrive until they check out.
Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on problem-solving and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests, maintenance tickets, and amenity deliveries.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using property management systems.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat guests to encourage loyalty and positive reviews.
- Assist in security procedures and emergency response protocols as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
