Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, reservations, and special requests.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest profiles and track room status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
