Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel PMS software.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process guest payments accurately and balance daily reports.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and the property is well-maintained.
- Uphold safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
