Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are stocked with toiletries and amenities.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash bags in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and laundry areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Maintenance Department immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, but training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed checklists.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
