Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during assigned shifts, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Monitor hotel premises for safety and security, promptly addressing any irregularities or guest concerns.
- Assist in the efficient check-in and check-out processes, handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, and assisting with laundry duties.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations during busy periods.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; relevant hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Must be available for flexible shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to team success.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
