Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out desks
- Assist with housekeeping and room preparation duties
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with maintenance and dining teams for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
