Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and answer any inquiries about the local area or hotel amenities.
- Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Communication: Relay messages, take reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras, control access points, and adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Sales & Promotion: Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and complaints to ensure high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights, as part of our shift work schedule.
