Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage room reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with marketing initiatives and local area information
- Ensure lobby and reception areas are immaculate at all times
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
