Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and manage room reservations

- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed

Qualifications
