Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments with a friendly tone.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing items.
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately using our POS systems.
- Assist guests with any questions regarding local amenities, directions, or services.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
