Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, key distribution, and billing processes using our PMS.
- Guest Services: Handle inquiries, provide local recommendations, and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer phones professionally, manage mail and faxes, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and assist in maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with inventory management and other general front office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, positive, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
