Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, process payments, and handle room key assignments using our property management system.
- Guest Services: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries via email or in person, and assist with requests such as restaurant reservations or local transportation.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Reception Area: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to present a professional appearance.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and other general office duties as needed.
