Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Build strong relationships with guests and local community stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with immediate, high-quality resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong knowledge of hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
