Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and answer all inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to maximize occupancy.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications
