Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Greet visitors warmly and answer all inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to maximize occupancy.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
