Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and enthusiastic welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, check-outs, and payments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, manage email correspondence, and disseminate relevant information to guests and staff.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, reception lounge, and public spaces to ensure a high standard of presentation.
- Security: Monitor key card access and ensure the safety and security of guests and property assets at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in hospitality management is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
