At The Sterling Group, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our team members. We offer a competitive compensation package and, most importantly, weekly paychecks so you can enjoy your hard-earned time off immediately.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a world-class team.

Responsibilities

  • Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, check-outs, and payments using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, manage email correspondence, and disseminate relevant information to guests and staff.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, reception lounge, and public spaces to ensure a high standard of presentation.
  • Security: Monitor key card access and ensure the safety and security of guests and property assets at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
