As the face of our brand, you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. We pride ourselves on our premium service standards and are looking for a proactive individual who embodies the same level of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a premium first and last impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries professionally, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with mail, packages, and valet services as required.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Cash handling and balancing of the daily bank drawer.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
