Job Overview:
In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and exceptional guest experiences. You will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, manage incoming calls, and assist with administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients immediately upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management software.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain a log of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in hospitality or reception is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
