Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a premium first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using PMS software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Perform shift handovers and maintain accurate logbooks for the night audit team.
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and order.
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Must be detail-oriented and able to stand for extended periods.
