Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately using property management software.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the front desk cash drawer with strict accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are immaculate.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the reception area, including stocking supplies and organizing the lobby space.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office or POS systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
