Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls efficiently.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate directions, local recommendations, and answer general inquiries.
- Service Coordination: Relay messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Reservation Assistance: Support the reservations team with data entry and booking management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage when assisting guests.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Attitude: A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
