Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage room reservations using Opera PMS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Maintain lobby presentation standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and local area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
