Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Strip and make beds according to strict hotel standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop guest rooms and public areas efficiently.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the security of guest rooms by verifying doors and windows.
- Adhere to all company policies and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving heavy furniture.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
