Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers with accuracy.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and local transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
