Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas while adhering to brand standards
- Assist with event setup, banquet services, and meeting room coordination
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Conduct property tours and promote hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in English; bilingual skills a plus
