Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using our PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards in lobby presentation and guest interactions
- Resolve minor guest complaints with empathy and proactive solutions
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
