Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist with guest inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily revenue.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with other hotel operations as needed, including concierge services and luggage handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak check-in times.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- No prior experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
