Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming phone calls and reservations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring all daily deposits are balanced and reconciled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
