Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and memorable demeanor.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using our state-of-the-art hotel PMS system.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with empathy and urgency to ensure total satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk lobby area to ensure a welcoming, organized, and pristine environment.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and accurate cash handling.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to coordinate seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor lobby security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward feedback.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating web browsers) is a plus but not mandatory.
