Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, process payments, and issue room keys using our property management system.
- Guest Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Concierge Assistance: Assist with valet coordination, luggage storage, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Handle minor guest complaints with a smile and escalate complex issues to the manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Professionalism: Must present a neat, professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel software.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help others and create memorable guest experiences.
