Responsibilities

- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately using our property management software.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries regarding room availability and amenities.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and concierge services.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we are looking for trainees.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
