Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and a customer-first attitude.
