What You Will Do
As the Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes and delivering world-class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
- Train, coach, and motivate front desk staff to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and rate management to maximize revenue.
- Ensure all administrative duties, such as reporting and payroll, are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols at the front of the house.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record in guest relations and customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred.
