Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and staff performance
- Train and mentor front desk agents on exceptional service standards
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for front desk
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience with supervisory background
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs tourism landscape
- Valid Colorado hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills a plus
