Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts with PMS software
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute emergency procedures during shifts
- Upsell hotel amenities and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for rotating shifts (days/evenings/weekends)
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong cash handling and math skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Positive attitude under pressure
