Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage and mentor front desk staff, conducting daily briefings and performance evaluations.
- Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises and assets during your shift.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and billing information.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
