Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform light housekeeping and room preparation
- Operate reservation systems and manage bookings
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
Qualifications
