Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and guest services
- Train and mentor front desk staff on exceptional service standards and hotel systems
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and elevate service recovery protocols
- Monitor occupancy and room inventory to optimize revenue performance
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences
- Implement operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction metrics
- Conduct daily briefings and manage staff scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel front office management experience
- Proven leadership in luxury or boutique hotel environments
- Advanced proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans tourism landscape and local attractions
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen with revenue management experience
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain)
