Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and lobby areas to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff to ensure high performance and adherence to brand standards.
- Handle VIP guests and resolve complex guest complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Manage hotel reservations and ensure accurate room availability and inventory control.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of front office reports, revenue data, and daily logs.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service and guest relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or GuestCentric.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
