Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and motivate front desk staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with poise.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of reservations and guest folios.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel front office management.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
