Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain guest records
- Operate property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic knowledge of Dallas tourism and attractions
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
