Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Train and mentor staff on service excellence and brand standards
- Manage guest satisfaction initiatives and resolve escalated concerns
- Coordinate with maintenance and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Implement cost-control measures for inventory and labor
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel management experience in full-service properties
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Nebraska hospitality management certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel analytics tools
