Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds and change linens, ensuring high thread count and proper styling.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and security protocols, including proper chemical handling.
- Interact courteously with guests and respond promptly to room service requests.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
