Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests at check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and operate POS systems

Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
