Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following sanitation standards
- Operate hotel systems efficiently including reservation software and payment processing
- Collaborate with departments to resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Assist with event setup and special guest arrangements as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
