Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process reservations and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support hotel events and special functions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
